University of Sheffield - Arts Tower Refurbishment

The project comprised the light refurbishment of office space within the Arts Tower which accommodates University administration departments. All works were coordinated with staff to minimise any disruption and noisy operations. Work was scheduled out of hours and weekends to minimise disruption to the office staff. The light refurbishment included a ‘light refresh’ to current office space with the introduction of a variety of co working office spaces. A new reception area has been introduced on level 3 which also includes acoustic booths, ‘high desk’, ‘low desk’, private office, meeting area and break out area. The University staff were so taken with the new co-working environment that the new area was in use within 30 minutes of handover !
