Refurbishment of University of York, Accommodation Blocks

Newell’s Projects have successfully completed the refurbishment of University of York, Halifax College, St Lawrence Student Accommodation Blocks I to M, comprising a total of 100 bedrooms. All works completed on time and to budget ready for the new academic year.

This student accommodation refresh is now ready to receive its new student intake. Newell's Projects used durable simple solutions, elevating these tired accommodation blocks to a desirable living and study space.
