Newell’s Projects are pleased to announce the award of the Arts Tower Levels 1, 2, 3 and 7 Refurbishment Project, for the prestigious University of Sheffield.

The Arts Tower is a purpose built higher education building constructed 1965, situated centrally within the Western Bank Campus, at the heart of the University. The Arts Tower houses one of the largest ‘Parternoster Lifts’ in operational use in the UK.

Works to be undertaken include the minor refurbishment of office accommodation on various floors for the University support and administration staff. The Arts Tower will remain fully occupied with work to be completed with minimal disruption to staff, students and visitors.

The Project will be undertaken under the guidance of Castle Owen, Mechanical & Electrical Engineer A&PDD.
