Newell’s Projects are pleased to announce the award of the Alfred Denny Repairs Project, for the prestigious University of Sheffield.

The Alfred Denny Building, a purpose built higher education building constructed 1971, situated centrally within the Western Bank Campus, at the heart of the University.

Works to be undertaken include the repointing of existing brick fa?ade, concrete repairs and replacement of parapet wall copings. Work to commence on the South Elevation in the first instance with further work to be undertaken on the North and West elevations.

The Project will be undertaken under the guidance of Castle Owen, Structural Engineers Castree Ltd.
