Scope

Bunker 8085 involved the construction of laboratories, high-security armoury and ammunition stores, workshops and attack rated lobbies.

Project involved the removal of existing M&E and demolition of the existing internal masonry layout. Installation works consisted of concrete repairs, steel work, new masonry walls, inc attack rated walls with associated builders works. New M&E, Décor, Joinery, Grid Ceilings, Resin floor. Specialist supply and install of attack rated Security Doors, IPS, Lab furniture.

External works consisting of new roof coverings, stairs to roof inc guard rails, look out post, fascia and gutters, civils included ductwork, ACO drainage, new front, and rear concrete aprons.
