Scope

No, 13 Endcliffe Crescent, remove and replace the whole of the existing roof. This included the install of a full birdcage scaffold internally from the basement floor going through ground, first floor and first floor ceiling to wall plate height to provide a safe working platform. Externally a full scaffold canopy was installed to allow works to continue in all weathers.

Roof tiles were removed, saving any tiles that could be reused. Once the roof was stripped, the existing gables were braced. The existing timber roof was then measured exactly with datums marked before being stripped and disposed of in its entirety.

New roof installation included the inclusion of new steelwork to allow the full installation and completion of a traditional cut timber roof, Velux windows, new Kingspan, Rockwool insulation, roof tiling works and rainwater goods, gutters & downpipes.
