With specialist guidance from Historic England and Lincolnshire Heritage department, Newell’s successful achieved a change of use from a commercial space to two stunning multi story town houses, maintaining their Grade ll star listed status, Newell's passed onto the new custodians a stunning example of competent restoration and modernisation.
