Full refurbishment project of accommodation blocks for student housing, St Lawrence Court at the University of York.

 

The work included:​

• 5 Blocks (A-L)

• 100 Bedrooms

• 20 Shower Rooms

• 20 WC

• 10 Kitchens

• 165 Fire Doors

• 100 Vanity Units.

The works also included full decoration throughout the 5 blocks and also new flooring throughout.

All works were undertaken on a live University Campus. The site was secured and managed to allow trades to undertake the project works whilst allowing staff, students and the general public to go about their daily activities.
