Scope

Newell’s Projects were awarded the internal refurbishment the Mining Block.

The project was carried out around a busy live working environment from the Fredrick Mappin Building, Broad Lane & Pam Liversidge Buildings. Works to Mining Block were undertaken ‘Out of Hours’ through the night using our team of night shift management & contractors.

Install of new grid ceilings to circulation areas.

Décor throughout.

Install of new vinyl flooring.

Restoration and refurbishment of existing Terrazzo flooring.

Restoration and refurbishment of existing Terrazzo parquet flooring.
