External strip of existing roof slates and coverings to allow a number of existing roof purlins and rafters to be structurally improved, renewed to carry new Mechanical equipment. Removal of existing asphalt flat roof coverings and replacement with new Bauder roof system. Removal of existing glazed roofed lights and install of new heritage patent glazed roof lights. Re-roof of pitched slate roof using existing slates and mixture of new, Finally installation of new windows throughout.

 

Internal works included the install of new stud partition plasterboard walls, new floor coverings, lab benching, new suspended ceilings throughout, décor inc exposed ceiling within the workshop. New Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services. Installation of new 30min fire door sets throughout inc new external doors. Dentistry specialist Scottlander refurbishment of all teaching equipment and installation of Trespa workstation bench tops throughout.
