Scope

With a total of 39 Units ranging from 800 Sqf to 3500 Sqf, the park was originally a pine storage facility.

Newell's saw and executed the vision, with the assistance of specialist planning consultants they were able to deliver this stunning example of commercial space blending into the stunning Lincolnshire countryside.
